The ORRganic Farm is taking orders for whole and half cows processed just for you!

Our beef pricing includes all processing costs except any value added cuts such as machine packed ground beef burger patties and sausages. These cuts are available to you at an added cost.

 

We include all other associated costs from drop off to pickup including USDA inspection, processing and vacuum seal.

Each whole beef comes with a custom cut sheet to have it cut to your exact specifications. 

​

We require a non-refundable deposit of $500 to reserve your beef until processing. Remaining balance is due in cash upon pick up or delivery.

Whole Beef $6.20/lb hanging weight

Half Beef $6.45/lb hanging weight

Quarter Beef $6.95/lb hanging weight

Our cows have had an average hanging weight between 780 to 980 pounds. These hanging weights fluctuate throughout the year.
